The location of the hotel is great, being close to Langkawi International Airport and just a short distance from Cenang Beach. This makes it convenient for travelers and provides easy access to shopping areas. the rooms are spacious and clean, with well-appointed bathrooms. the staff provides warm and friendly service, making guests feel welcome. the breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious food, catering to different tastes. the pool area is amazing, with a large pool and a separate kids pool. the hotel also has a kids club, which is perfect for families with children.

The limited dinner menu at the restaurant can sometimes lead to unavailable items, which can be disappointing.

It is very close to the airport. The free Wi Fi was comfortable for working. We enjoyed this hotel. Wonderful base for a city trip in Langkawi

not well designed halls within the rooms. less number of staff in the area so for any matter you should attend reception or call them.

Hi, I was staying here for 4 nights. The breakfast was horrible, made the biggest mistake of paying 10 dollars per person per day for the same. the room I was given had a leak in the bathroom floor near the tub. It was a huge process to get them to change the room. the rooms otherwise are very comfortable and luxurious. there is ample parking available, it is very close to the airport. it was cheaper compared to the other hotels because of the location.

The food they serve is the worst I have ever eaten. Even the eggs to order counter prepared the worst omlette one could ask for. there were mosquitoes over the food and all over the place. they were descent enough to do a fogging all over the hotel on complaint, but the problem wasnt solved. it is better to stay on the higher floor as the ground floor has the maximum insects.

The beachfront location was amazing, we could see the turquoise waters right from our room. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.

The amenities were a bit outdated and could use some renovating. The shuttle service to town was limited and the taxi fares were a bit high.

The swimming pool is nice and great for family. The location is near to the airport and other amneties.

During our xmas stay, we appreciated the spacious rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel. the location of the hotel is close to the beach and offers a serene atmosphere. the pool is a definite plus and we found the staff to be friendly.

We found the hotel to be outdated and in need of renovation. the breakfast was not satisfactory, with few options and limited availability.

The beach looked sad, the water was full of a kind of black algae, our room had part sea-view, the other part was a kind of container park ...really not nice, when you walk in the corridors it looks sad, the same to walk to the swimming pool your are walking in between two buildings walking into airconditionning engines..the price of 120 euros was also overrated..really I will never ever recommend this hotel to no one

Room is big and confortable, bathroom also very big.

the hotel is not place in the mountain but still have many mosquito and housefly keeping around in the room, bathroom and restaurant..

Hi We were on our honeymoon and had been looking forward to this alot .. The cleaning of the room was so miserable at the check inn my wife began to cry!, We switched rooms but still were not happy.Hadde booked us there for 6 nights but checked out after 2.day.Vil never go near this hotel again!!Friendly and smilie staff ...
